FWS will amend the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife by updating entries for Nassau grouper (Epinephelus striatu) and giant manta ray (Mobula birostris), and adding queen conch (Aliger gigas) and Atlantic humpback dolphin (Sousa teuszii). These amendments are based on previously published final determinations by the National Marine Fisheries Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which has jurisdiction for these species.
