This direct final rule will revise the Lists of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants (Lists) to reflect the scientifically accepted taxonomy and nomenclature for several species that occur primarily in the western and midwestern United States. The taxonomic corrections are editorial in nature and involve no substantive changes to the Lists or to any applicable regulations.
