<p>This rule&nbsp;will propose changes to regulations regarding sport hunting and trapping in national preserves in Alaska that were promulgated in October 2015. The 2015 regulations prohibited specific sport hunting and trapping activities currently allowed under Alaska State law. Proposed changes will be consistent with policies announced by the Secretary of the Interior in Secretarial Order 3347. Conservation Stewardship and Outdoor Recreation, and Secretarial Order 3356, Hunting, Fishing, Recreational Shooting, and Wildlife Conservation Opportunities and Coordination with State, Tribes, and Territories.</p>
