This rule would amend regulations related to nominations from federal agencies of historic properties for listing on the National Register of Historic Places as well as regulations related to determinations of eligibility for listing historic properties. Public Law 114-289, The National Park Service Centennial Act, Title VIII, amended provisions of the National Historic Preservation Act (54 USC 300101 et seq.) The NPS is revising it regulations to be consistent with these changes.
