This final rule amends special regulations for Gulf Islands National Seashore that govern the use of personal watercraft (PWC) within the National Seashore in Mississippi and Florida. NPS regulations only allow for the operation of PWCs in park areas where authorized by special regulation. This final rule is informed  by civic engagement and public participation that occurred throughout the park planning process.
