The rule would revise National Park Service (NPS) regulations that govern the solicitation, award, and administration of concessions contracts under The National Park Service Concessions Management Improvement Act of 1998 (Pub. L. 105-391) in order to reduce administrative burdens and expand sustainable, high quality, and contemporary concessioner-provided visitor services in national parks.
