This final rule will update the authority citations for chapter 1 of Title 36, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), largely to reflect the legislative transfer of many National Park Service statutory authorities from Title 16 to Title 54 of the U.S. Code. The rule will update other authority citations that are not due to the recodification but are the result of a reconsideration of the proper authorities to cite.
