<p>This proposed rule would revise the special regulations for Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve to more effectively manage various types of visitor use. The rule would implement the Huna Tlingit Traditional Gull Egg Use Act (Pub. L. 113-142) and revise existing regulations&nbsp;about camping permits, commercial fishing, vessel operating conditions, vessel permitting, and area closures within the unit.&nbsp;<span class="xxcontentpasted0">This proposed rule would be informed by civic engagement and public participation&nbsp;opportunities throughout the park planning process.&nbsp;The Park&rsquo;s</span>&nbsp;Headquarters is located in Gustavus, Alaska.</p>
