This final rule will revise U.S. Department of the Interior regulations implementing the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act to provide for annual adjustments of civil penalties to account for inflation under the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015. This annual rule replaces the previously issued amounts with the updated amounts after using the inflation adjustment multiplier provided by the Office of Management and Budget.
