This rule would amend the special regulations for Kenai Fjords National Park to update outdated regulations for visitor use of frontcountry areas. This rule would redefine and clarify the location of the Exit Glacier Developed Area, allow the use of non-motorized fat tire winter snow bicycles in designated locations, and clarify the superintendent’s authority to close locations in the park when necessary to protect visitor safety.
