This rule updates regulations promulgated in 1991. Specifically, the revisions are intended to clarify the regulation by rewording and reorganizing various provisions, updating definitions, and clarifying items such as how customers can find proposed rate adjustments, what happens if service is disconnected, and when bills are due. Currently, no substantive changes are anticipated.  This rule affects only three facilities serving six tribes: Colorado River; Mission Valley; and San Carlos Apache.
