This direct final rule revises the list of tribes with established Courts of Indian Offenses (also known as CFR Courts), adding the Wind River Indian Reservation under the jurisdiction of the Arapaho Tribe and Shoshone Tribe.  This rule is necessary to ensure that tribes have courts to administer justice on land under their jurisdiction.
