<p>This rule would propose to update provisions addressing leasing of trust or restricted land (Indian land) for agricultural purposes to reflect updates that have been made to business and residential leasing provisions and address outdated provisions. The Department will receive Tribal government input through consultation sessions held pursuant to Executive Order 13175 criteria and the Department&rsquo;s policy on meaningful communication and collaboration with Tribal officials.</p>
