<p>In accordance with CAA amendments to 18 U.S.C. 922(t), to add tribal and local throughout in reference to the categories of prohibitions upon which the NICS can base a prohibited person determination. In accordance with both BSCA and CAA, to identify local agencies as they pertain to the prospective purchaser, the FBI will need to collect the prospective transferee&rsquo;s home address, county of residence, and whether they reside within the city limits. In accordance with BSCA,&nbsp;for NICS transactions involving persons under the age of 21, the proposed regulation amendments will address, but may not be limited to the BSCA provisions regarding the application of a delay, up to the tenth business day, if cause exists to further investigate a possibly disqualifying juvenile record.</p>
