        <ADDITIONAL_INFO>Docket DEA-292

Subsequent to publication of the Interim Final Rule, DEA received written requests for a delay of the effective date of the rule. These comments indicated that industry would need additional time to fully comply with the provisions of the Interim Final Rule. After careful consideration of the concerns expressed by the regulated industry, DEA determined that a temporary stay (30 days) of certain provisions of the Interim Final Rule was necessary.</ADDITIONAL_INFO>
