<p>The Office for Victims of Crime intends to revise its program rules set out in 28 CFR part 94, to reflect updates to the International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program (ITVERP), 28 CFR part 94, subpart A; and the Victims of Crime Act of 1984 (VOCA) formula Victim Assistance Program, 28 CFR part 94, subpart B; and to add a new 28 CFR part 94, subpart C, to replace and update the VOCA formula Victim Compensation Program Guidelines.&nbsp;&nbsp;The timeframe for action may be affected by inter- and intra-Departmental reviews, and is subject to adjustment.</p>
