The Office of Justice Programs is revising its program rules in 28 CFR part 94, Crime Victim Services to make two sets of changes, one set under this RIN and one set under the RIN 1121-AA89.

The rulemaking under this RIN will revise subpart A, International Terrorism Victim Expense Reimbursement Program ("ITVERP"), of part 94. These changes will streamline program operation, more expressly reflect certain policy and procedures adopted by OVC since it began administering the program in 2006, and adjust cost category caps.

The other set of changes OVC intends to make pertain to subparts B, VOCA Victim Assistance Program, and C, Victim Compensation Grant Program, of part 94 as described under RIN 1121-AA89.
