Congress passed the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. Division C of the Act is the Emergency Family and Medical Leave Expansion Act and offers temporary expansion of the Family and Medical Leave Act through December 31, 2020. Division E of the Act is the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act. The Department published regulations to will implement the Act.
