<p>The United States Department of Labor (DOL) is revising its implementing regulations for the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 (VEVRAA), as amended. The&nbsp;rule will remove the VEVRAA regulations' cross-references to the E.O. 11246 authority,&nbsp;that was revoked by E.O. 14173 on January 21, 2025.&nbsp;&nbsp;DOL is also making technical revisions to update the VEVRAA regulations jurisdictional thresholds, which were adjusted for inflation by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Council on October 1, 2025, pursuant to section 807 of the Ronald Reagan National Defense Authorization Act, codified at 41 U.S.C. 1908.</p>
