<p>This rule amends sections of the Benefits Review Board&rsquo;s regulations to require represented parties to use the Department&rsquo;s enterprise electronic case filing portal for filing documents.&nbsp; In addition, registered users are deemed to have agreed to accept service of process through the Department&rsquo;s electronic case filing system.&nbsp; This rule allows for represented parties to seek an exemption from these requirements upon a showing of good cause.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
