        <RULE_TITLE>Annual Report From Federal Contractors</RULE_TITLE>
<![CDATA[The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) would propose rescinding the part 61-250 regulations which establish the VETS-100 reporting obligation. In addition, the NPRM would propose revising the part 61-300 regulations, which establish the VETS-100A reporting obligation, to require contractors to report the number of employees and new hires that are covered veterans. The NPRM also would propose renaming the annual report prescribed by the part 61-300 regulations the Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report VETS-4212 ("VETS-4212 Report").]]>
