The final rule will rescind the part 61-250 regulations which establish the VETS-100 reporting obligation. In addition, the final rule will revise the part 61-300 regulations, which establish the VETS-100A reporting obligation, to require contractors to report the number of employees and new hires that are covered veterans. The final rule will rename the annual report prescribed by the part 61-300 regulations the Federal Contractor Veterans' Employment Report VETS-4212 ("VETS-4212 Report").
