This final rule provides for the automatic provisional revocation of U.S. nonimmigrant visas of designated categories held in passports issued by identified countries, if the visa holder fails to comply with the requirements outlined in 8 CFR part 215, subpart B.  The designated visa categories and identified countries will be announced in a notice published in the Federal Register.  Visas revoked on this basis automatically will be reinstated upon the holder’s compliance with the requirements in 8 CFR part 215, subpart B.
