As part of its ongoing ITAR reorganization program, the Department of State is amending portions of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in an effort to better standardize language, form, style, and structure throughout the regulations, as well as to make certain clarifications and corrections. This rule also corrects various administrative and typographical errors.
