The Department of State proposes revisions to the Department of State Acqusition Regulations to incorporate Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Child Safeguarding requirements. Specifically, for applicable awards, contractors will be required to: establish minimum standards for preventing and responding to covered violations; develop and implement a compliance plan; and report alleged violations and contractor actions in response. The Department seeks public comment on these proposals.
