In accordance with Executive Order 14154, the Department of State is proposing to revise the Department's Regulations for Implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act to be consistent with that Executive Order and the Council on Environmental Quality’s guidance, Memorandum from Executive Office of the President for Heads of Federal Departments and Agencies to meet Executive Orders requirements.
