The Department of the Treasury is amending its rules to revise the method by which the statutory 3 percent limitation on administrative costs is applied to Direct Component, Comprehensive Plan Component, and Spill Implementation Component awards to recipients under the Resources and Ecosystem Sustainability, Tourist Opportunities, and Revived Economies of the Gulf Coast States Act of 2012 (RESTORE Act or Act).
