FinCEN also is amending the definition of mutual fund in the anti-money laundering program rule for mutual funds. Lastly, FinCEN is amending the enforcement provisions to make clear that the Securities and Exchange Commission has authority to examine mutual funds to determine compliance with the requirements of the rules implementing the BSA.]]></ABSTRACT>
