The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau proposes to amend its regulations related to the advertising and labeling of alcohol beverages and labeling proceedings under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act. These amendments will improve the clarity and readability of the regulations to improve compliance and ease burdens on regulated industry. The amended regulations will take modern business practices and consumer understanding into account in order to incorporate changes in the alcohol beverage industry.
