In this final rule, the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) will make technical corrections to its regulations. The amendments contained in this document will correct spelling and other typographical errors, update cross-references to the United States Code and the TTB regulations, incorporate statutory changes, and make other nonsubstantive corrections. These amendments will not change the requirements of any TTB regulation or recordkeeping requirement.  In this final rule, TTB will also amend the current regulations in parts 21, 25, and 30 of the Code of Federal Regulations to incorporate by reference all or parts of more recent or reaffirmed voluntary consensus standards.  These amendments update incorporations by reference to be consistent with current Office of the Federal Register guidelines.
