The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau proposes to amend its regulations governing the exportation of distilled spirits, wine, beer, and tobacco products to update export procedures and implement the International Trade Data System (ITDS) all-electronic environment.  The proposed changes include removing certain requirements related to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s handling of paper documents to facilitate the use of the electronic Automated Commercial Environment.
