The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is proposing to add "Singani" to its regulations in 27 CFR 6.22(d) as a type of brandy that is a distinctive product of Bolivia that must be produced in accordance with Bolivia's laws and regulations governing its production for consumption in that country.  TTB would propose to make the appropriate adjustments to that section to provide for Singani as one of the types of brandy that is not aged and does not need to be labeled as "immature."
