The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau plans to finalize provisions relating to labeling and advertising wine that were proposed in TTB Notice No. 176 (see 83 FR 60562 under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act.  The finalization of certain proposed provisions will improve the clarity and readability of the regulations to improve compliance and ease burdens on regulated industry.
