The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau is publishing a final rule following its proposal to amend regulatory provisions governing the labeling and advertising of wine under the Federal Alcohol Administration Act and the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act. The finalization of certain proposed provisions will improve the clarity and readability of the regulations to facilitate voluntary compliance and ease burdens on regulated industry.
