TTB requests public comment on possible changes to its alcohol beverage regulations related to allergen labeling. A February 2022 report issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury ("Competition in the Markets for Beer, Wine, and Spirits") discussed past and potential future proposals related to the labeling of alcohol beverage products with allergen information. The report stated that TTB should revive or initiate rulemaking proposing mandatory information on nutritional content for alcohol beverage products.
