This interim final rule amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, specifically 19 CFR 24.25(c)(4), regarding statement processing and Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) to reflect that CBP will identify final statements as paid upon the completion of the funds transfer.  Additionally, this rule makes certain technical corrections to the CBP regulations on statement processing and ACH.  This rule does not substantively alter the underlying rights or interests of importers or filers.
