<p>The regulations propose to remove the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent Special Enrollment Examination user fee, because that examination will not be offered after the coming cycle. The regulations also propose to increase the Enrolled Agent Special Enrollment Examination user fee from $11 to $99 per part, as required by Circular A-25 to account for the cost to the government of providing the examination.</p>
