<p>As part of the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996 review process, the OCC proposed revisions to some of its rules with the goal of removing provisions that are outdated, unnecessary, or unduly burdensome. The revisions would remove the annual operating subsidiary reporting requirement for national banks, increase the asset size limit for mini-funds, and permit the electronic filing of securities-related forms and reports, revise the electronic activities provisions for Federal savings associations, remove certain fair housing home loan data system reporting requirements, and remove certain regulatory reporting requirements for Federal savings associations.</p>
