The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will propose to adjust the fee for ICE Form I-246, Application for a Stay of Deportation or Removal. ICE has determined that the current fee does not recover the costs incurred to perform the full range of activities associated with determining if an alien ordered deported or removed from the United States is eligible to obtain a stay of deportation or removal.
