The Secretary amends the regulations implementing the Federal Pell Grant Program to conform with statutory changes, including those made by section 309 of the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2012 (Title III of Division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 - Public Law 112-74) and section 310 of the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2017 (Title III of Division H of Public Law 115-31, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017).
