The Department plans to issue a final rule amending its agency-specific Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (agency-specific Uniform Guidance) in 2 CFR parts 3474 and 3485 regulations by making technical corrections to the cross-references cited in both provisions to reflect revisions to the Governmentwide Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements (Uniform Guidance) for Federal Awards. Additionally, the Department plans to make technical corrections the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR) to reflect the same cross-references from the Uniform Guidance.
