DOE is revising 10 CFR part 603, Technology Investment Agreements, governing the use of "other transactions" (OT) agreements. New guidance from referenced financial assistance and contract regulations are incorporated with existing relevant OT guidance to provide one consolidated set of regulations for all DOE OT awards. Unnecessary and duplicative verbiage are deleted from existing OT guidance, and the subparts are reorganized to streamline and simplify the OT regulations to make it easier to locate and use the appropriate OT provisions. As a result 10, CFR part 603 is renamed "Other Transaction Award Regulations."
