This action is not proposing to establish new regulatory requirements, rather it will correct internal reference errors created when the language in the RMP Safer Communities rule added paragraphs in the existing regulatory language. These 9 references were correct prior to the RMP Safer Communities revision but were misaligned when paragraphs were added to part 68.10 and the subsequent paragraphs were renamed. Also, part 62 was added to the Program 2 prevention program, but not referenced in paragraph 68.12. This action contains corrections that will restore the rule’s internal integrity by updating references that were not updated.
