<RULE_TITLE>Generic MACT for Source Categories (Acrylic Modacrylic Fibers, Polycarbonates, Hydrogen Fluoride, and Acetal Resins)</RULE_TITLE>
<![CDATA[This action is complete. Several of the source categories that are subject to MACT (maximum available control technology) standards contain only a few sources (e.g., less than five). For such source categories, EPA developed a generic MACT standard for these source categories. This reinvention to the MACT standards development process will allow for proper participation by all stakeholders. Given the relatively few affected sources caught by the generic standard, the overall cost and environmental effects of this action are expected to be small, nationally. The MACT program addresses hazardous air pollutants. This action currently affects major sources of these HAPs. The source categories included in this standard are: Acrylic/Modacrylic (RIN 2060-AF06), Polycarbonates (RIN 2060-AF09), Acetal Resins, and Hydrogen Fluoride (RIN 2060-AG94).]]>
