Title: Stationary Combustion Turbine New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) Amendments to Address UARG Reconsideration Petition
Abstract:

The EPA is amending specific provisions in the new source performance standard (NSPS) for stationary combustion turbines to resolve issues and questions raised by the utility air regulatory group (UARG) on the original final rulemaking published on July 6, 2006 (71 FR 38482), and to address other technical and editorial issues that have been identified since promulgation. We are withdrawing this rulemaking because no further action is planned at this time.
