Title: Supplemental Determinations for Renewable Fuels Produced Under the Final RFS2 Program From Palm Oil 
Abstract:

On January 27, 2012, EPA published a Notice of Data Availability (NODA) Concerning Renewable Fuel Produced from Palm Oil Under the RFS Program. Given the time that has elapsed since this NODA was published, EPA believes that a new analysis would need to be proposed before a final determination could be made. Therefore, at this time, EPA is withdrawing this action: Supplemental Determinations for Renewable Fuels Produced Under the Final RFS2 Program From Palm Oil (RIN 2060-AQ36).
