On June 3, 2016, the EPA published the final rule titled "Oil and Natural Gas Sector: Emission Standards for New, Reconstructed, and Modified Sources." In this action, we are correcting a typographical error that omitted the regulatory text indicating that applicable standards apply throughout startup, shutdown, and malfunction. In addition, we plan to provide additional clarifications and make minor corrections related to cross-references within the regulatory text.
