This action is proposing to amend the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (40 CFR part 63 subpart ZZZZ), the New Source Performance Standards for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion Engines (40 CFR part 60 subpart IIII), and the New Source Performance Standards for Stationary Spark Ignition Internal Combustion Engines (40 CFR part 60 subpart JJJJ) to add electronic reporting provisions.
