A shift in the Agency's priorities warrant this rulemaking being withdrawn from the Regulatory Agenda at this time. Since no proposal was ever issued, this action is being withdrawn through the Regulatory Agenda. Withdrawing this action does not preclude EPA from pursuing the same action in the future. Should the Agency opt to do so, it will create a new entry in the Regulatory Agenda for that action. EPA created this entry in the Regulatory Agenda because EPA was considering a separate rulemaking to restructure the existing pesticide incident reporting regulations at 40 CFR part 159, subpart D. The existing regulations specify the requirements for the registrant of a pesticide product to report to the EPA adverse effects of the pesticide as they become aware of such information.
