On June 13, 2018 the EPA published an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRM) in the Federal Register (83 FR 27524), which solicited comments on whether and how the EPA should promulgate a transparency and consistent regulation affecting all future EPA regulations. EPA intends to develop a proposed rule to address the consistency, reliability, and transparency of its evaluation of costs and benefits related to regulations developed under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act
